My names Lizzie Gilchrist, I’m 28, I’ve suffered from multiple sclerosis for 10 years and now have to use a wheelchair full time. Just over a year ago I got a chance to model for www.wheeliechix-chic.com. Before that Id never even thought about modeling, but I enjoyed that so much I’ve continued trying to pursue this path. So far I haven’t had many paid jobs, but I’m hoping that now I’m a bit more experienced more opportunities will come my way.
I’m a friendly, sweet natured, kind and considerate individual and I consider myself to be a people person who strives to get on with anyone I meet. I am conscientious and work hard to make a positive contribution to anyone I work for or with. I consider myself to be a fast learner and someone who likes to take on new tasks and challenges. A couple of years ago I did a charity skydive which I thoroughly enjoyed and this has also given me the drive to want to do another one sometime and take on similar challenges such as paragliding, which I’m due to do later this year. I am a very determined individual and do my best not to let my disability hold me back with anything I want to do.

Bless you, thankyou Sara for your kind message. Ive only just spotted it. I truly do feel honoured if you consider me an inspiration. But if I can help the children you work with to pursue their goals then Im glad to have been of some assistance.
Thanks again x
Lizzie, you are clearly one cool chick, beautiful and down to earth!
I checked out your photos on model mayhem and you looking stunning in all of them!
I work with a lot of children, many with disadvantages and the fact that you have pursued your ambitions and enjoy challenges like skydiving, overcoming your own physical challanges is sure to be an inspiration and motivation to all of them!
Thank you!
