If you are like me you have many profiles on the net…and yes some sites can and will share your information online.  I don’t know…I’m splattered all over the net from my real estate business license to personal information that other sites accumulate…I didn’t give them permission…the info is available and they helped themselves.  Trust me they are doing it to you too!

Type Your Name in the Browser and SEE who helps Themselves to your personal info. ..you might be surprised!

Let’s get real if I really wanted to be private I guess I wouldn’t be on the net or I wouldn’t expose myself the way that I have throughout the years.

Today nothing is private and if you have lots of friends online there is a chance they may be sharing your personal information and you might not be aware of it.  Doesn’t bother me…but it may bother my friends…

For All of My Private Friends – I Made Adjustments To FACEBOOK!

There is an awesome tool available called reclaimprivacy.org if these things matter to you.  Its very simple to use and will let you know the adjustments you need to make if you want to be “private”

Follow the simple instructions below but while you do it…make sure you are logged into facebook.

1. Drag this link to your web browser bookmarks bar: Scan for Privacy
2. Log in to facebook.com and then click that bookmark
3. You will see a series of privacy scans that inspect your privacy settings and warn you about settings that might be unexpectedly public.

Adjust your setting as you see fit…don’t worry…my friends info..is just between friends!

There are so many social media sites available today.  God knows I am probably on 100 different sites.  Being on so many sites can be difficult to track your success rate.

A few google searches and taking the time to find out how people found you will always be a guiding light in which what social networking sites to be active on.

Naymz.com is so under rated…if only people knew the true value.  I can attest to this since I recently changed the way I do business and have added additional services.  Naymz.com gets the word out…..

With endorsements, testimonials and a point system that allows active members to be found on the top of the search engines a true benefit for your online presence and SEO.

Lead Generation | How did they find me?

Often times when I pose this question to someone they are not sure…either somewhere online or so and so referred me.  I don’t know about you…but I really appreciate specifics.   I want to know is my marketing working for me and what marketing specifically?

Yes I know more than likely most track where their leads come from but I wonder when someone asks you, how did you find me…do you remember or are you toooooo busy to provide it? I’m not being a jerk here just trying to make a point.

Everyone in business want to to track their marketing….any business and you should!

This doesn’t pertain to just real estate but to all businesses that would include mortgage brokers | insurance agents | doctors | lawyers | webmasters…etc. etc.  To me we have to help each other and by providing this courtesy to your personal service providers may very well help you to remember to ask that very important question yourself.

Yes, December has always been a very active month for me and this December is no different.  My life is about to change and I’m not sure where it’s going to take me.  It’s something new…exciting …and a little scary…and in many ways a dream come true! I am about to embark on a new career path for me it’s the beginning of an exciting journey really truly working online.

Three years ago I set goals for myself and slowly my goals are starting to become reality.

I have to let some things go in order to proceed…

One is actively selling real estate.   Real Estate has been a huge part of my life but my passion lies within training and teaching.   It’s time to get back to training neutrally and without the REALTOR logo.  (that to me is a little scary and sad)

My latest endeavor is writing web content and offering SEO services on behalf of International Web Media or better known as IWMonlne.com, my fearless leader Bruce Kirkpatrick is innovative, a hard core web developer and offers some amazing products.  Everyday I learn something new and everyday I am excited.  The feeling is not much different than closing your very first sales contract.  That excitement hits me everyday that I work.  Lucky me…I work from home!

Finally I will have time to write real estate training, finish ebooks and continue with my sites:

5 Years Old and getting better!

I guess that means I need to get to work!

I’m spread too thin online and in real life.  Condensing down my online activities might very well add more time in my real life!  That would be the correct way to use technology..to enhance your real life and not let your online life take  over!

So for the past few weeks I’ve taken some time to evaluate what I am doing online  slowly The Business Center will take on a whole new look with more information and much more opinion.  My opinion…I’ve been known to remain politically correct.  Yes I’ll keep it clean and continue with business training and tips |   photos | video | news |  and  | real estate training but will be adding features and pages coming soon!
