I tried it with coffee and cold by itself. Neither really appealed to me but what diet products do?    We trained our senses to be this way by eating excess sugar and fats. I am guilty! I won’t say that it was good compared to Twinkies but I’ll just pose this question, does Tylenol taste good? How about cold medicine?

Diet products that claim they taste good usually only taste good to those that can compare to other diet products. I’ve drank quite a few protein shakes and taken a wide variety of vitamins and comparing to other diet aides and fitness products:

• Texture: It left a filmy texture in my mouth no worse than eating glazed donuts.

Did it work?

Yes it did! I only felt one side affect…I wasn’t hungry!  A natural appetite suppressant and it didn’t taste half bad.
My preference: in coffee
****I have been taking it for two days and I only needed one per day!
