Some of my favorite WordPress plug-ins...while there is a huge selection to choose from I thought I would mention a few. For now these seem to fit my needs and are easy to add and use.

- Retrieves your DandyID online identities and displays them as clickable links in your sidebar- OK, if you are anything like me and enjoy social networking there is a good chance you have profiles all over the net. And while we all tend to gravitate to our favorite networks where we are the most active. This little plug-in is by far one of my favorites. It’s a reminder to check all of your social networks. For others its a great way to see where you are and possibly connect!- By Neil Simon, Sara Czyzewicz, Arron Kallenberg, Dan Perron, Anthony Dimitre.
- Tweets your published posts- I admit I love some automation and in truth no one can be everything to everyone-If I didn’t have this plug in I would have to visit twitter every time I post and sometimes I can’t!-By Carlos Pena.
- Automatically translates a blog in 41 different languages by wrapping four different online translation engines (Google Translation Engine, Babelfish Translation Engine, FreeTranslations.com, Promt). I think about the fact the web is global and not everyone understands and reads english- By Davide Pozza.
- IntenseDebate Comments enhance and encourage conversation on your blog or website. Full comment and account data sync between IntenseDebate and WordPress ensures that you will always have your comments. I like the fact you can reply within each comment-By IntenseDebate & Automattic.
