Failure and Success Work Very Well Together!

Thomas Edison understood the connection between failure and success as a matter of fact while working on the beloved light bulb..Thomas Edison failed many times but he understood one thing the more he failed the closer he got to success.

What if Thomas Edison stopped because of failure?  Every time he failed he made notes for himself.  To improve..to understand and create the course he needed to take to create our beloved light bulb!

So many times in business today we are so close..we accept a no without a reason why or we try yet another course without looking at what we have already created.  Sometimes a slight adjustment in what we are already doing may pave the way to success.

Too many times coaches and trainers pat people on the back  for all the right things they say and do and tend to try and perfect what people are already doing right without looking at the mistakes.

Mistakes can have a effect on your successes..lightbulb 191x300 Failure and Success Work Very Well Together!.possibly creating fewer successes or successes that are hard to achieve.

To Err is human but to ignore your mistakes is costly.

Remember sometimes the failures only need a slight adjustment to bring you the success you are looking for!

Just remember failure and success work very well together!

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

Be A Better Salesperson!

Its never enough to be good in this competitive world. As a matter of fact what I have found that in most cases by being good you produce mediocre results.

While we all strive to be the best..I think it’s best to be better than what you were yesterday!  So many people want the secrets…the deep dark secrets of being a successful salesperson but in truth its really pretty easy…

  • Treat your business as a business
  • Know your product and/ or services
  • Be proud of what you do and prospect…prospect…prospect!
  • Treat people the way you want to be treated
  • Provide a solution to your customers needs
  • Be flexible with the flexible world
  • Think we rather than I and the money will follow
  • Be straightforward, honest and mindful in what you say and do
  • Say what you will do and then do it!
  • Lip service may get you through the door but action will make things happen
  • Service first and the money will follow
  • Learn from your mistakes rather than beat yourself up!

Dare to be great but better yet be better than yesterday!
